The Wood Family

Sneak Peek: The Woods Family

JHillis Photography met up with Glen and Cristen to celebrate Mackenzie’s first birthday with a family session. It was a beautiful afternoon at Red Gate Farm Trail in Savannah, Georgia. Mackenzie loved the attention and I think Mom and Dad had a little fun too!

Glen and Cristen were high school sweethearts and now have grown into a family of three with their little princess at the center of it all. I can attest that Mackenzie has her Daddy wrapped TIGHT around her little finger! It truly is exciting to see this family and the love they share.

We wish Mackenzie a ‘happy birthday’ and a full year of firsts!

Cameron & Kayla’s Engagement

Sneak Peek: Cameron & Kayla’s Engagement Session

JHillis Photography had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at the Old Freeman Family Farm in Coopersville, Georgia with Cameron and Kayla. Cameron proposed this past July and the two are excited tie the knot next September here at the farm with close friends and family.

Sunset on the farm is a beautiful place. From the pecan trees, tire swings, long dirt driveway, and a front porch with rocking chairs; this venue has everything to offer. Even a barn with old wooden pews!

We are so excited for these two and can’t wait to celebrate with them in September.

Join me in congratulating the future Mr. & Mrs. Corbin as they embark on this journey together!

Mr. & Mrs. Fairbanks

Sneak Peek: Mr. & Mrs. Fairbanks

JHillis Photography had the great honor and joy to take part in Alex and Elizabeth’s special day. We first met the couple during their engagement session and were excited to see them tie the knot.

Alex and Elizabeth chose the beautiful Lucy Belle Farms in Pembroke, Georgia as their venue. Simply astonishing! The couple walked down the aisle settled under an Oak tree on the front lawn. Traditional pews, Canon in D played on the strings of a violin, surrounded by close friends and family made everything picture perfect.

These two were surrounded by those they have know for years, some a lifetime. Seeing them all interact; encouraging, reminiscing, and caring for one another, truly expressed their friendship and love to the bride and groom.

Alex and Elizabeth know how to throw a party. The evening was filled with laughter, corn-hole, giant Jenga & tic-tac-toe, and dancing into the night. I think the guests loved the many cake choices and glow sticks after dark.

JHillis Photography wishes the newly, Mr. & Mrs. Fairbanks a happy, long, and loving marriage. May you forever seek the spark that we see here.
